SOAK IT UP

We tested various materials in water to see if they were absorbent or waterproof.
We tested cotton wool, cardboard, plastic, tin foil, kitchen roll, newspaper and a sponge.

ROBOTICS

Our school has been extremely lucky to have been chosen as one of the first ever schools in Ireland and the UK to have been introduced to the Lego WeDo robotics. We will be making lego structures and then programming them on the computer to perform different functions. We had our first lesson today with our kits. We could programme a motor to work.It was a lot of fun.We worked well in our teams.
